How It Works

  • To solve a particular skill problem, the coach starts by presenting the ball slowly, while requiring constant eye contact with the ball. Once the skill is perfected at that speed, the coach slightly increases the ball’s speed and repeats the process. These steps are continued until performance is reliable at game speeds. This method, called Deep Practice*, consistently produces champions in various athletic fields.
