J2R2 LLC ("J2R2") develops and commercializes products that can quickly and effectively increase the skills and enjoyment of people participating in sports activities, with a particular view toward making that experience more rewarding for young people.

The SUREHITTER is the first such product to come to market, invented by one of J2R2’s founders, Joel Grubman, a public school counselor and teacher for more than 30 years, and a longtime coach and umpire in both Boys Little League and Girls Softball Leagues. Joel’s participation in organized youth baseball was highlighted in 2006 when he umpired for a week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Joel, in fact continues to play both baseball and softball at the age of 60.

In his baseball and softball roles over the years, Joel saw that many young people took a very long time to learn the most fundamental aspect of hitting and catching... “Seeing the Ball”. He realized that it would greatly shorten the time to acquire this skill if an instructor could have complete control over the position and speed of an actual ball, while moving that ball towards the player. J2R2, under the guidance of its seasoned high technology business management, employed top design, engineering and manufacturing talent to produce the SUREHITTER, a product that embodies Joel’s invention. Since its development, Joel and other coaches and parents have used the SUREHITTER to instruct players with truly remarkable results.

Sales Tax:

A 7.25% sales tax will apply to California residents. Purchases made by non-California residents will not be charged any sales tax.

Shipping:

Shipping and handling charges for all products are added to the selling price at the time of the order. Shipping rates are set by the gross weight of the ordered products and the carrier’s charges between our West Coast distribution center and the customer’s receiving address. In-stock products are usually shipped within three business days by FEDEX, DHL or UPS standard ground. Order cancellations after shipment are not accepted.
We are currently only accepting U.S. orders for delivery within the US.

Limited Warranty:

These products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, or abuse. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as to the baseball or softball, or degradation of the SUREHITTER’s protective coating due to bat impacts that are excessive either in repetition or intensity.

If you believe the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, then, if you are within the 90 day period, call our toll-free number 877.572.7257 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send the product to J2R2 LLC at the address shown below, shipping prepaid. The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the package, or delivery will not be accepted. If J2R2 agrees with your assessment, then you will be sent a replacement product, at no cost or shipping charge.

CREDIT CARD AND PAYMENT INFORMATION You may place orders on this website using a credit card or PayPal. All credit card and/or PayPal information is transmitted to the processing agency using an encrypted format using a 256-bit Secure Socket Layer. If you pay using a Paypal account, J2R2 does not have access to any credit card information that you supply to PayPal, specifically any of your credit card numbers or identifiers, and does not retain any of your encrypted information on our servers.

During a single session in which you are connected to our site, we store all information you have given us in our database.
